I recommend the following. Clean the area around the pool and change the loungers. They are old and in poor condition. Clean the tables and chairs regularly in the bar area at the pool(several times a day) as they were dirty when we sat there for lunch. Ensure that cleaning staff make rooms up fully. We left the card out for the room to be made up and only the towels were changed. Reopair damaged items quickly. The sliding shower door in room 363 is missing a wheel and does not close. the technician came but no repair was made and I suspect that it is still damaged. Bathing in the dead sea was a great experience but the environment is disappointing. Some of the problem is beyond your control as the dead sea is disappearing but the installations are poorly maintained and getting old (mud facilities and shower. Finally I woud say that the Dead Sea area is wonderful to visit but I'm not quite sure what Ein Gedi Country Park wants to be, a first class hotel or a Kibbutz. If it wants to be a good hotel complex then there is a lot of work to be done. As a Kibbutz it is OK but overpriced for what is on offer.

Thank you for your comments Christopher. The sliding door in 363 has been repaired. We are also undergoing major renovations to our rooms, our Pub and store. New loungers have been purchased for our pool.I was surprised to read that the tables were dirty, as we make it a point to keep area clean. truly-Ilan Sonderling-Guest Relations Manager
