The hotel location is excellent. It is in the middle of a natural wonder with a private beach that is very enjoyable. There is good affordable food at the beach and the hotel cafe is not too badly priced. The main issue is the rooms. They are in major need of updating. You can only clean an overused carpet bed and bathroom so much. The bathroom is rampant with mildew and leaked badly. It has a very scuzzy feel to it. The price of the hotel is higher than any I stayed at in Israel (170 for a single room). They are only getting away with this because there are no options for hotels here. There is the resort hotel and the hostel which is probably even more outdated. The staff there is typical Israeli which means does not understand the concept of customer service. My What the hotel needs is to retrain staff on how to assist customers based on western style hospitality and rehab. the entire hotel. If the hotel had this, they could probably charge even more money and still be a better value.
