Well,in general everything was like everywhere in Israel, only reception girl was incredible, so our story in short: Through booking we asked a big double bed, not tween, picked together: "it's essential for us,because we're sleeping with our baby. We don't need separate baby's bed". We were asked to pay before at the reception and then we realize tween bed in a room and baby's bed. Excellent! They send me a guy, who tried to tell me, how it's good for a baby to sleep alone, but after all,he showed me a room with double bed - it was just near. So,I went to the reception to manage this and pretty girl told me, that they don't have any other options, more - they don't have double beds at all. funny, but I don't tink that lying is a good strategy! When I told her tht I saw such room,she told me, that I'm mistaking and who showed me!! After all, she told, that that room costs 25$ per night more, so I must pay. I asked, so you are mistaking and I must pay? She told with a smile,yes! Two days later their manager excused for this and we payd nothing more, but that moment I was... Furios, not less!
