Beautiful foliage great band!

Hotel was quite a drive to the spa or beach but had beautiful panoramic views being up in the hills. Nice pool area and nice dining room with delicious dinner and breakfast. Wifi was non-existent in our room even though they said we could get it but did exist in the lobby. Staff seemed not very knowledgeable about the spa and would not make a reservation for me. They told me I could bill all charges to my room which was not true. I couldn't charge at the gelato bar and I'm not sure if I could at the store either. The band concert on Sat night was excellent. Daughter enjoyed petting the cats that roamed around. Large roaches lurked around right outside our door and one jumped inside our room at night. Recommend a car. NOt a lot of American tourists here. Bar was packed Sat night and loud.

This review is the subjective opinion of the hotel's guest and not of inisrael.com
