Here are our points of critic: Pool: Opened only on 1 out of 3 nights of our stay (and the 1 night it was open we missed due to false information receive at the front desk). At this remote location, the pool must definitely be open every night, regardless of how many guests are at the hotel! We had trusted on this after our last year's visit!! Internet: Connection in the rooms did not work at all, and it worked only very poorly at the lobby, despite protests from many guests. Spa: Shuttle train from spa to beach started only at 9.25am instead of 8am (!), despite protests of various guests. We missed the best hour of the day! Pool Restaurant: Quality of food (Shnitzel/Chips/Salad) was very bad. Grilled meat was not available. Tables and chairs were not cleaned, they should be thoroughly cleaned at least every morning because of the trees above!! Dining room: Diner buffet had a rich selection but the quality was - at most - average. General: No response to our email inquiry (prior to arrival) about the schedule of your guided tours.
